Live In The Moment

Story “Live in the moment” is often said as a reminder that time is precious, and it's important to recognize how we spend it. However, it's not always clear how to do it in our everyday lives. It's easy to let go of your worries and appreciate a special moment when you're relaxing on the beach or sitting in a coffee shop, wistfully staring out the window, but what about all the time in between? How do you find a way to be present just for the sake of being present? Actively look for joy in the little things. You can’t save appreciation for grand occasions. You’re missing out on so many wonderful moments! It's hard to worry about the future when you spark up an interesting conversation with a co-worker or see a dog enjoying the cool wind on a car ride.
